Safety Observations are vital for the health of your personnel and maintaining the progress of your projects. The Safesite Mobile App enables you to record safety observations while in the field quickly.

Record an Observation via Safesite Mobile
1. Open the Safesite app on your mobile device if action cards are displayed click on the "Log Observation" tile or select the plus (+) icon at the bottom of the screen to access Observations.
The screen will redirect to the New Safety Action screen.
2. Select Log Observation.
3. Select the appropriate Project, or create a new one if needed.
If you are not a Project or Organization Administrator, you will not have the ability to create projects for your organization.
4. Next, you'll log the details of your observation.
You can apply the following details to your observation:
Options to select an observation type of Positive or Negative.
Upload a photo of the observation by selecting one from your gallery or taking a new one in real-time.
Select a location from your existing locations or add a new location.
Assign the team responsible for the observation.
Add notes or comments related to the observation in the description field.
When finished, tap Record Observation to log the observation into the system.
Accessing Observation Reports via the Safety Mobile App
Safesite mobile users can review, edit and export observation reports through the SafetyHQ section in the mobile app.
Navigate to SafetyHQ
If prompted, Please Select the Project
You are able to filter Observations by the date, positive or negative type, team, or location.
Select the observation you would like to edit once filtered.
You can edit the observation’s details by selecting the Edit button.
You can send a PDF of the observation to anyone inside or outside of your organization by entering valid email addresses by selecting the Export button.
