New: Collaborating on Safety Actions 👷🏾♂️👷🏽♀️👷🏻♂️

Mobile users are now able to add additional personnel when completing any safety action. In addition, the Safety Action creators will also have an option to add their signature to stay in compliance. In order to turn this feature on, Org Admins need to go to their Organization -- Settings page.
As you can see below, this feature allows you to edit the 'Conducted by' or the 'Recorded by' user in order to add more than 1 or simply swap the name out for someone else. This is a great way to get personnel engaged who may not have a mobile device or a full Safesite account. Click here to read more about how this is reflected on reports and more.
In addition, this feature also has an option for personnel to add signatures to stay in compliance.
Safety Campaign Enhancements
We've made some changes to Safety Campaigns to enable admins to edit in real-time. Read the full changes below:
When removing personnel from a campaign we will now remove any active actions from that campaign for those personnel. Before this change, any edits made would take into affect the following week.
Same with archiving a campaign, it will remove any active actions for that campaign for all personnel in real-time instead of having to wait a week for the changes to occur.
We've made changes to prevent the scenario in which mobile user has 1 Inspection assigned with template and another 1 Inspection assigned without template, then completes the 1 Inspection with template -- the system used to mark both as complete. Now, our platform will only count the 1 with template as complete in this scenario instead of double counting.

Enhancements to the 'View' component on all Reports tables
Available for all admin web users
We've made some enhancements to the View component on the Admin dashboard. If you navigate to a Reports page and then click View for a specific action, you'll notice the following changes:
If you view a Meeting report we now list the names of the Meeting Attendees
View all photos within the View screen
UX enhancements like a sticky header with the Action ID for ease of sharing to other admins
Personnel Lists -- Quick link to Certificates!🎉
Available for all admin web users
If an admin navigates to either the Project - Personnel table or the Organization - Personnel table, they'll notice we've added a 'Certificates' action button to quickly view and manage a personnel's certificates.
'Reset password' email now in preferred language
Available for all users
If a personnel's default language is Spanish, French, or Portuguese, we've updated the 'Reset Password' email to be sent in the preferred language. Before this change this email would be in English only, eventually, we will make changes so all emails have multilingual support like this.
