Not receiving emails from Safesite? Check out the following steps to make sure you can receive project invites, daily and weekly project summaries, exported safety action reports, and notifications.

✓ Check Spam and Junk

If you are not receiving emails from Safesite, check your spam or junk folder.

✓ Add Safesite to your Safelist (Whitelist)

We recommend reaching out to your internal IT Department to add @safesitehq.com and @safesiteapp.com to your organization's safelist/allowlist (formerly known as a whitelist).

Note: After adding the domain to the safelist, email invites that may have been blocked can be resent by Project or Org Admin from the project personnel list or organization personnel list in the Safesite Desktop portal.

✓ Resubscribe to emails

If you have unsubscribed from any Safesite emails in the past, you will need to resubscribe to begin receiving email notifications again. To resubscribe, please reach out to Safesite’s support team at [email protected] or through the Safesite Desktop or Mobile App Live Chat.
