Ready to Upgrade to Safesite Premium? Safesite Premium is based on the number of Org Members added to the account. Org Members are the Admin and Members listed on the Organization Personnel page. After adding Personnel to your account, click on the UPGRADE NOW button on the upper right-hand side of the screen,

Or head to the Organization tab and select Billing to access Subscription Options:

Once you're in the Subscription Options menu screen click on UPGRADE NOW on the Premium tab.

Once selected you can use the dropdown menu to choose between monthly payments or an annual account. Click here for more information on pricing

If you have any coupons enter them in the Coupon field before entering your credit card information and selecting SUBMIT PAYMENT.

Once you've completed your payment you can download an invoice directly from the

Organization Billing screen. It will display the number of ORG Member Seats purchased annual or monthly costs and any discounts applied.

Note: Admin and Members listed on the Organization Personnel page will count as Org Member Seats. The Guest user type does not take up a paid seat.

In the payment method section only the card type, last 4 digits, expiration date, Country and Postal Code will appear. Please make sure these fields are correct to ensure payment.

If you select an annual plan you will not be charged until the following year on the same month/day. Monthly payments will occur the following month on the same day as the initial payment.

You can cancel a subscription at any time by selecting the CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION button.
