Action Based Notifications

Notification Overview

Project Admins receive email notifications when projects are inactive over 14, 28, and 40 days.

Inactive Project Notification Emails

Project Admins receive Daily Summaries of actions performed on project(s) as well as any pending tasks

Project Admin Daily Summary

Project Admins receive weekly summaries of actions on their project(s) as well as any pending tasks

Project Admin Weekly Summary

Project Admins can edit their personal email notification preferences or unsubscribe from assigned project(s) Summaries

When signing up for Safesite, you will need to verify your account through email

Account Verification

The notifications found in the Safesite inbox include hazard statuses and project invites.

Safesite Inbox

Unregistered personnel will receive a special email when they are invited to a project

Invite to Project (New Personnel)

If you are already registered for Safesite, you will receive an email when you are invited to join a new project

Invite to Project (Existing Personnel)
