Safesite understands your entire team may take seasonal breaks away from work.

It is recommended to pause projects that will not be in use to ensure the Safesite Score does not decay.

Pausing a project will hide the project from the mobile app and the Safesite Score will also freeze so you and your team are not negatively impacted during the period in which the project is paused.

Project and Org Admins can pause projects during seasonal breaks and unpause the project before the upcoming work week.

Watch this video on how to pause a project:

How to pause a project:

1. Log in to app.safesitehq.com

2. Click the Project Details and select Settings.

3. Select the actions icon “”, and click Pause

The following message will appear:

Are you sure you want to pause project? This will hide the project from the mobile app and pause the Safesite Score from running.

4. After your team is back on the job, you can unpause from the same menu so it appears on the Safesite mobile app again.

When you click Unpause, the following message will appear:

Are you sure you want to unpause project? The project will reappear in the mobile app and the Safesite Score will resume.

Note: If you unpause a project after a new week has begun, the action cards assigned through campaigns on that project will reappear for mobile users the following week. Please be sure to unpause the project the week before work resumes, so the mobile users will see their action cards when they are back to work.
