New! Group Reports Tables
Available for all web users
We've done a full revamp of our Reports tables for all Groups! With this new table you can now:
Export all data when you export reports via XLS or CSV. You can do this for 1 report at a time, or export multiple at once
Select specific reports to export. Prior to this release, you only had the option of exporting all reports or 1 at a time (and only as PDF which didn't include all of the data). Now you can use the checkbox on the first column to choose the specific reports you want to export.
One-click downloads of individual reports via PDF or XLS
You can now preview more than 1 image on the Group Reports table pages. Click the image to expand and then navigate to each subsequent image:
Tablet Design Enhancements
Available for all tablet users
For admins that user our dashboard via a tablet device, we've made some design enhancements so it's easier to view on a tablet. Components will change to best fit based on your tablet device and tables are responsive for best viewing on a tablet device.
'Open Hazards & Incidents' component enhancements
Available for all web users
We've made some minor improvements to the Open Hazards & Incidents table component that admins see on the Project Dashboard view.
Add 'Reference' so you're able to track the specific ID of the action to follow up or view more information via a Reports screen
The 'Created by' column will now show emails if the user does not have their full name attached to their account
'Overdue' column is now properly working, previously it was only showing a dash
Personnel -- 'Pending' bug fixed
Available for all web users
If you're a project or organization admin, you may have noticed some personnel with a pending label next to their name when you navigated to the Personnel list for a specif project or org. We've made a change that has fixed this issue moving forward. We're also planning to do some more onboarding improvements so stay tuned!
New! Offline is now live for all users
Available for all mobile users
Our team has been rolling out offline support over the past few months, but today we're thrilled to officially release it to all mobile app users! Go to Google Play or iOS App Stores to update to this latest version. It features full offline support, so you can continue using the app if you're in areas of poor connectivity or completely offline.

New! Actions screen subviews
Available for all mobile users
We've broken up the actions screen into subviews of Unresolved Hazards, Weekly Actions, and Incomplete tasks. For users on multiple projects or users with a lot of safety activity, this should help them better organize and prioritize safety tasks to be done. Other minor enhancements included:
Increased character limits up to 2000
Improvements to long project titles
Performance optimizations, particularly for lengthier inspections and large projects
Preview multiple images on Report tables

Export all Incident data (injured person, descripton, witness, etc.) when you export reports via XLS & CSV files/
