New! Inspection Reports Table

Available for all web users

We've done a full revamp of our Inspections Reports tables! With this new table you can now:

  • Export all Inspection data (questions, answers, comments, etc.) when you export reports via XLS files, along with a Summary sheet. Before this change, you were only able to export the data shown on the table. Check it out below:

  • One-click downloads of individual reports via PDF or XLS

New! Select specific reports to export

Available for all web users

Prior to this release, you only had the option of exporting all reports or 1 at a time (and only as PDF which didn't include all of the data). Now you can use the checkbox on the first column to choose the specific reports you want to export.

Weekly & Monthly Reports Reports Enhancements

Available for all web users

We've made some improvements to the Weekly & Monthly Reports to now:

  • Show the Safesite score letter grade for that period of time

  • Score charts will now show N/A if the project was inactive or the score did not run during a given time period

  • We've consolidated some of the blank space on pages

Paginated 'Open Hazards & Incidents' table

Available for all web users

On all project dashboards, we've made an enhancement to the Open Hazards & Incidents table to only 10 per page. If you have over 10 you can hit the Next button to view more, this change will improve performance on the Project Dashboard page along with an overall better user experience.

New! Project Start & End Dates

Available for all web users

Projects can now have a start and end date! You can set this when you create a project or via the Project - Settings screen.

  • Start date: The start date of your project. A project will not appear in the mobile app nor will the Safesite score start running until the start date is reached. Setting start dates in the future is helpful if you want to set up a project in advance before it's begun and not let it appear in the mobile app yet for your entire team.

  • End date: The end date of your project. Once a project reaches its end date, the project will no longer appear within the mobile app, the project status will be set to 'completed', and the Safesite score will stop running.

  • Project admins will receive emails on both the project's start date and end date.

  • Learn more about setting start, end dates, and other project settings here.

New! Pausing Projects

Available for all web users

Project admins can now pause any project by going to the Project Settings page. Pausing a project will hide the project from the mobile app and the Safesite Score will also freeze so you and your team are not negatively impacted during the period in which the project is paused.

New! Email Notifications when actions aren't being completed for 2 or 4 consecutive weeks

Available for all web users

We've made some enhancements to notify admins when a project has experienced at least 2 weeks of no actions being completed. We're hoping this alert will remind admins to either get their personnel engaged or to go archive, pause, or complete that project since inactivity will negatively impact your Safesite Score. Read more about our Safesite Score factors here.

Create New Project - Step 1 Enhancements

Available for all web users

On our web app we've improved Step 1 of the Create New Project flow to:

  • Default the timezone (required field) to the previous timezone selected so you no longer have to select every time, simplifying the project creation process.

  • Allow admins to add a project to any reporting group(s) when they first create the project. Before this change, you had to create the project first and then go to the group and add the project. This new solution makes it a lot easier!

Project Status Enhancements

We've added some more variations to the status of a project:

  • Active: This is the regular state of a project that is in progress. An active project means that the project will appear on the mobile app for your personnel and continue to run the Safesite score.

  • Paused: Project has been manually paused by an admin and no longer is shown on the mobile app, nor will the Safesite Score run until it is unpaused.

  • Not Started: A project has this status when the start date was set in the future. The project will not appear in the mobile app, nor will the Safesite Score run until the start date is reached.

  • Inactive: A project becomes inactive automatically if the project experiences no safety actions logged for 40 consecutive days. Inactive projects will continue to appear in the mobile app and will automatically be reset to active status after at least 1 safety action is logged.

  • Completed: A project has this status when the end date has been reached. After the end date is reached, the project will not appear in the mobile app, nor will the Safesite Score run until the start date is reached.

  • Learn more about setting start, end dates, and other project settings here.
