Archiving projects pulls them from the Safesite mobile app so mobile users cannot access them any longer. The project’s information also remains available if it needs to be accessed in the future.

Archive Projects in the Organization Tab
Start by visiting app.safesitehq.com and logging in to your account. On the left-hand menu, select Organization, then click Projects.
You will be brought to the Organization Projects page. Here you will find a list of all active projects within your organization.
To archive a project, simply click on the "..." in the ACTIONS column and select Archive.
Note: If there has been no activity on an account you will see Inactive displayed by the project(s) name.
View and Restore Archived Projects
To view any archived project, in the left-hand menu select Organization, then click Archived Projects.
You will be brought to the Organization Archived Projects page, which lists all archived projects within your organization.
To restore an archived project to active status, simply click on the "..." in the ACTIONS column and select Restore.
Note: Both Project and Organization Administrators can archive projects on the admin dashboard in Project Settings, but only Organization Administrators can restore projects in the organization tab.
