We encrypt our customers' data using the highest encryption standards available using TLS/SSL encryption. Data is transferred securely using TLS/SSL encryption and data is also encrypted ‘at-rest’ within our database server hosted on Amazon Web Services (RDS).

Our application and API are subjected to ongoing penetration testing, security scans, threat detection by independent security researchers.

Our data is hosted within the Amazon Web Services: Relational Database Service (RDS) and Simple Storage Service (S3). RDS is configured to take regular database snapshots and we are able to rollback to previous data states when required.

By leveraging industry defining technology from Amazon Web Services we can enjoy their exceptional uptime guarantees and ongoing reliability during regional outages. Our services are configured across multiple availability-zones to prevent down time during disaster recovery.

We also keep audit logs within the system of sensitive actions so we can always trace actions by users.

Bugs are collected and entered into our bug tracking system. From here they are triaged (replicated, prioritised and assigned). Once this is done they are scheduled into our sprint plans and released in accordance with our bi-weekly releases. Bugs that are of the highest priority are escalated and assigned for immediate hot fix and deploy. There is 0 downtime with deploys as they are rolled out.

RDS is configured to take regular database snapshots and we are able to rollback to previous data states when required. Customer data is kept indefinitely or until such time as the customer requests that it is removed. Customer data access can be granted via API keys or specialised exports can also be arranged if the raw data is required.
