Individual Safety Actions -- Export -- PDF enhancements

Last month we improved the design and readability of the individual Inspection PDF reports. So for this month we went ahead and enhanced the other individual safety action reports to include the following changes:
Improved design for all individual Hazard, Incident, Observation, Meeting, and Equipment PDF reports to better display data and no longer show blank pages when there's no data
Updated all 'Created by' or 'Recorded by' fields to show a users email if a name is not provided (before this change nothing would show in replace of name)
Changed the PDF report file names to include the Safety Action's ID and Date prepared
Assign Certificates to persons not on Safesite Project
Available for all users on the web app
Now available on the Certificates Management screen, you can assign a Certificate to a person not in the Safesite project and without their email, just type their First and Last Name. This allows you to manage the certificates of personnel not using Safesite and without having to use their email. New Persons added here will show up as guests (we offer unlimited guests on our premium plan!) on the Project Personnel page
Web app bug fixes & minor enhancements
Available for all users on the web app
On the Inspections -- Reports page -- we've fixed a bug that was sometimes causing the Date Completed fields to show blank
Updated all screens to show a users email if their name was not provided, before this change nothing would show in replace of name
