Project Administrators can invite others directly in-app to projects they belong to via Safesite Mobile App.
Use the steps below to invite new personnel to your projects via the Safesite Mobile App.
1. Open the Safesite app on your mobile device and select Projects icon on the lower left-hand side.
The screen will display a list of your current projects.
2. Select the three dots (...) next to the appropriate project.
3. Select Invite.
4. Input the new users email address and select Invite.
Tip: Always make sure the person has a valid email address.
After sending the invite, the new user will receive an email notification inviting them to sign up to the Safesite app.
When inviting personnel via the mobile app, they will be automatically added as a project member and org member. If you would like to further edit their personnel type, this must be done on the Safesite Desktop.
