Start by opening the Safesite app on your mobile device. Select the Get Started button then select the Forgot your Password? button.
You will be asked to provide the email address associated with your account. Enter it into the provided textbox, then select the Reset Password button.
An email will be sent to the address you provided. Open this email on your mobile device and click the Reset Password button.
Upon clicking the link, the Safesite app will open with a new window, allowing you to create a new password. Enter your password in the New Password field, then click the orange Update button to complete the password reset process.
