Start by opening the Safesite app on your mobile device.  Select the Log In button then select the Forgot your Password button.

You will be asked to provide the email address associated with your account. Enter it into the provided textbox, then select the Reset Password button.

An email will be sent to the address you provided. Open this email on your mobile device and click the Reset Password button.

Upon clicking the link, the Safesite app will open with a new popup window, allowing you to create a new password. Enter your password in the New Password field, then enter it again in the Confirm Password field. Once you're finished, click the orange Update Password button to complete the password reset process.
