As a Safesite user you will start receiving different notifications as actions are completed by you or other Safesite personnel. Some are viewed in the app itself while others are sent by email.

The following is a list of the different notifications Safesite generates and how to respond to them.

Action Cards

When you open the Safesite Mobile app, the first screen that will appear is a list of action cards that are assigned to you or your team by a Project or Organization Administrator through Campaigns. These cards represent tasks that need to be completed, including unresolved hazards and incomplete actions.

For more information about action cards, check out the Action Cards article.

Daily Summary

Project Admins on a given project will receive Daily Summary emails. These notifications will contain a list of actions performed on the project that day, and will also include any outstanding tasks or incomplete actions.

For more details on Daily Summaries and how to assign users to receive them, check out the Daily Summary article.

Reset Password

You will receive this email if you are trying to reset your password. Simply click the link provided in the email to continue and choose a new password. The reset password link is valid for 48 hours.

New Hazard Assigned

You will receive this email if a new hazard has been recorded and assigned to you as a member of the responsible team. The email will include a picture and a list of details about the hazard. Select the Review Hazard button in the email to open the hazard log in the Safesite mobile app (see How to Respond a Hazard Notification).

New Hazard - No Team Assigned

If you are part of the principal team on a project, you will be sent this email if a hazard has been assigned to a team that does not have any members.

Hazard Resolved

You will receive this email when a hazard has been resolved and closed. You can still view the details of the hazard by clicking the Review Hazard button.

When you are signing up with Safesite for the first time, you will be sent this email after you have entered in your email address. Click the verification link in the email to verify your identity and continue with the sign-up process.
