Time-zone specific notifications

Our users are often on different timezones, meaning their projects are too. So we made changes to make sure that the timezone you select for your project will make all notifications time-zone sensitive. You can set the timezone at project creation or at any point by navigating to the tab Project Details -- Settings.

Daily Project Summary email changes

Daily summary emails will now be sent only to those individuals with Admin Credentials. By default, weekly summaries are sent at 4pm based on the project's time zone. You can turn on off/ or edit a daily summary send time via the Project Details - Notifications screen on the web app. 

Weekly Project Summary emails

Weekly summary emails are also only sent to those individuals with Admin Credentials. By default, daily summaries are sent at 4:30pm on Fridays based on the project's time zone. You can turn on off/ or edit a daily summary send day or time via the Project Details - Notifications screen on the web app.

With these new changes, we knew we needed to make it easier for admins to adjust the time, day, or opt out of these daily and weekly summaries. So we went ahead and built a new screen for this. Within the Safesite admin app you can navigate to the tab Project Details -- Notifications to adjust your notification settings.


Resolving Hazards
now requires a photo or comment

We've added an extra step to resolving hazards; now users on the mobile app must add a comment or photo before they can resolve a hazard. We're hoping this reminds users to take action on the hazard at hand.
