Start by visiting safesitehq.com and logging in to your account. Once you're in, click the Organization tab on the left-hand menu, followed by selecting Templates, then Inspection.

You will be brought to the Organization Inspection Template Register. Here you will find a list of all available inspection templates within your organization. To add a new template, click the white Create Template button at the top-right of the screen.

On the next page, you must enter a name for your new inspection template. Type in a descriptive name in the provided textbox, then click Create Inspection.

You can now create the list of questions that make up your inspection template. To add a question, simply type it into the provided textbox. Use the dropdown menu to the right to select whether the question should be answered with a text-based response, or a simple Yes/No choice. Finally, click the blue Add button to add the question to the template.

As you start to fill in the template, you can hover your mouse over the listed number of any question to click-and-drag them into any order you wish. You can also edit their text, change their answer type, or remove them by clicking the red Delete button on the right-hand column.

When you are finished creating questions, click the blue Save Changes button at the bottom of the screen to finish the template.

You will be redirected back to the Inspection Template Register where you will see the new template added to the list. Select the Publish button next to your new template to select the projects you wish to add it to. You can also click the Set Default button to set it as a default meeting template. Default templates will automatically be added to any new project created for your organization.

Clicking the Publish button will open the project selection dialog.

Simply click the projects on the left-hand list you wish to add the template to, and they will be added to the list on the right. You can also click Add All at the bottom-left corner to select all projects in your organization. When you're finished selecting projects, click Publish in the bottom-right and the new template will go live.
